Organizational leadership
Nanjing Jiangbei New District 2019 compulsory education enrollment work is carried out under the unified leadership of the district admissions committee. Definition of school districts
According to the principle of "respect history, combine reality, ensure degree, and be relatively close", the teaching areas of each public primary school are demarcated by the district admissions committee (see attachment). All primary schools must strictly enroll students in accordance with the scope of the teaching area, and ensure that all children of appropriate age in the scope of the teaching area are admitted on time.
Approval Plan
Public primary schools must strictly enroll in accordance with the enrollment plan issued by the Social Affairs Bureau, and private primary schools must strictly implement the enrollment plan approved by the Social Affairs Bureau. Each school must implement the prescribed class size, of which there are no more than 32 students in small-class schools and no more than 45 students in non-small-class schools. If the number of students in the teaching area is large and the enrollment plan needs to be increased, you must apply in writing to the Social Affairs Bureau and can only be changed after approval.
Admission conditions
. The admission age of freshmen should be over 6 years old (born before August 31, 2013). No school may enroll children under the age for any reason. . In principle, children of appropriate age in the church should be in the same household registration as their parents (or legal guardian) in this area, and their household registration is consistent with the actual permanent residence and property certificate (the property certificate refers to the house ownership certificate, and the holder is the legal guardian of children and teenagers of appropriate age). The time for household registration transfer and property certificate processing should be before March 31, 2019. The household registration in the teaching area is consistent with the actual permanent residence and property certificate. It belongs to one of the following situations and holds corresponding certificates. It is handled as normal admission:
① Children of the school age in this area have permanent residence in the teaching area with one of the parents (or legal guardians), and the other is an active-duty soldier who is not in the district, working in another place, farming or settling abroad.
② Parents divorced, and children of children of this district who have a registered age have lived in the church area with their legal guardians.
③ Children of this district have separate household registration or live in the teaching area with their grandparents (grandparents). Both their parents (or legal guardians) are active-duty soldiers who are not in this district and experts and technical personnel who are sent abroad to work.
④ Children of this district have settled in their grandparents (grandparents) with their parents (or legal guardians) since birth. Other special circumstances in the admission approval shall be handled in accordance with the following principles:
① The families of children of children of this district have not yet obtained resettlement housing due to demolition and other reasons, and have not purchased real estate in this district.
