Xiongke, the leader of clamping technology and grasping systems, exhibited a mobile man-like robotic arm at the Hannover Industrial Fair. This robotic arm uses intuitive virtual programming technology to complete a variety of continuous grab operations and can also achieve collision control through optional components. All programming work for the overall application is completed on the basis of ROS. The SCHUNK Powerball Light Robot Arm and SCHUNK SVH Five-finger Hands enable operational control through any standard web browser. To this end, Xiongke developed an application software that can be used on all commercially available smartphones, tablets or PCs, using virtual sliding controls and an integrated 3D viewer to program each axes. In addition, the arm can be equipped with an additional integrated power control. In order to accelerate the switching between different positions, the robot can save the complete operation process so that it can be searched for specific conditions in the future and make convenient and quick adjustments based on the specific application situation. The lightweight arm features 24V technology and all-integrated electronic components, can be powered by a rechargeable battery and used on a mobile platform without the need for additional control cabinets and computers.
