Notice on the Concentrated Remediation of Uncivilized Traffic Violations

In order to further strengthen road traffic safety management, consolidate and improve the achievements of national civilized city creation, deepen the "100-day Action" for summer public security crackdown and rectification, and create a good urban road traffic environment. The Traffic Police Brigade of the Qilin Branch of the Qujing Public Security Bureau decided to carry out concentrated rectification of traffic violations that affect road traffic safety and smooth flow and urban civilization from July 20. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Key rectification of rectification of key

2. Rectification measures

(I) Strictly punish

For the above-mentioned motor vehicle traffic violations, the public security traffic police department will investigate and punish the above-mentioned motor vehicle traffic violations by combining on-site law enforcement with non-site law enforcement. In accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Yunnan Province Road Traffic Safety Regulations" and other relevant regulations, those who do not give way to zebra crossings will be fined 150 yuan, and those who do not give way to zebra crossings will be fined 3 points; those who change lanes in a solid line will be fined 200 yuan, and those who drive their license will be fined 1 point; those who park randomly will be fined 200 yuan.

2. For the above traffic violations of non-motor vehicles (including shared electric bicycles), a fine of 20-50 yuan will be imposed in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Road Traffic Safety Regulations of Yunnan Province" and other relevant provisions.

3. For pedestrians' above-mentioned traffic violations, a fine of 5-50 yuan will be imposed in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Yunnan Province Road Traffic Safety Regulations" and other relevant provisions.

( 2) Public exposure

The above uncivilized traffic violations will be publicly exposed through news media and outdoor electronic display screens.

(III) The registration unit

implements identity information through facial recognition, and if public officials of party and government organs, enterprises (institutions) and other departments commit the above-mentioned traffic violations, the registration shall be punished at the same time as the punishment.
