Candidates will explain their educational concepts and practices from five perspectives: "educational thoughts, theory, practice, effects and social impact", and conduct in-depth discussions with Professor Xi Youmin on educational topics such as future society, future education, and future talents.
Jiang Dayuan, Researcher at the Vocational Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education, , from Wuhan, Hubei, graduated from the Department of Automatic Control at Tsinghua University, and a visiting scholar at the Aachen University of Technology, Germany. In 2017, he was jointly selected as a famous Chinese contemporary education expert by Chinese Society of Education , Chinese Society of Higher Education , Chinese Vocational and Technical Education , China Education Press , China Education Television , People's Education Press Publishing House .
Professor Jiang Dayuan is currently the executive director of the China Vocational and Technical Education Society, member of the Academic Committee, deputy director of the Teaching Work Committee and director of the Curriculum Theory and Development Research Center; Part-time professor at more than 40 universities including National College of Education and Administration , Tianjin University , Tongji University , and chairman of the Applied Curriculum Construction Alliance. The main research directions are: vocational education principles, curriculum theory and development, and comparison vocational education . He has written and edited many monographs such as "New Theory of Vocational Education Research", "Research on the Mainstream Thoughts of Vocational Education in Contemporary Germany", "Research on the Development Trends of World Vocational Education", and "Essentials of Vocational Education". More than 300 papers have been published in core newspapers and magazines such as People's Daily , Guangming Daily, Education Research, Education Development Research, China Higher Education Research , Higher Engineering Education Research , and China Vocational and Technical Education.
Professor Jiang Dayuan was the vice president of the " National Demonstration Higher Vocational Colleges Construction Work Cooperation Committee", and proposed theories and methods for the development of "systematized courses of work processes". He also carried out the practice of curriculum reform in 600 secondary vocational schools across the country, higher vocational colleges and applied undergraduate colleges, and systematically explained the relationship between the subject system and action system, technology and skills, vocational science and educational science; proposed the view that the key to curriculum development is structural issues, and established the theory and method of systematic curriculum development of work processes from knowledge storage to knowledge application. At least 2,000 courses have been developed. The theory and method of the "Four Truths and Three Transformations" applied course development created by Professor Cao Yongan, Chairman of Qiqihar Engineering College, was recognized and encouraged by Professor Pan Maoyuan . Professor Jiang has been invited to give relevant academic reports at the American State College Association and Community College Society, the German Federal Vocational Education Institute and the Hong Kong Vocational Training Bureau. In addition, Professor Jiang has been invited to give reports many times at the National People's Congress (Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee), National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (Biweekly Symposium), and State Council Development Research Center , explaining the reference and inspiration of the vocational education law, German Vocational Education , the characteristics and laws of vocational education, and the establishment of a national qualification framework. Some suggestions have been adopted. Professor Jiang has been ranked first in the field of vocational education by many institutions, such as the Social Science Center of Chang'an University, the Journal of Higher Engineering Education Research, etc.
