Comrade Lu Hong made special arrangements for animal quarantine work in 2022: First, we must comprehensively strengthen the construction of animal quarantine institutions and teams. All districts and municipalities must clarify the construction of existing institutions and staffing, further increase the construction of basic systems, and strive to improve the capacity and level of quarantine work; second, we must improve the quarantine supervision system and standardize quarantine behavior, and increase the publicity of policy and knowledge, focusing on starting from the "five lines" of breeding line, slaughtering line, market trading line, beef and mutton restaurant line and law enforcement line, and comprehensively grasp the quarantine work of cattle and sheep; third, we must make up for shortcomings in response to problems, comprehensively improve the quarantine rate and slaughter and quarantine rate in the production area, and regularly supervise and inspect the work of each district and municipality, establish regular notifications and interviews for lagging people, and promote the effective implementation of various quarantine work.
