At around 7 a.m. on July 13, the No. 1 Middle Bridge of K2012+100, National Highway 213, China National Highway, Diexi Town, Maoxian collapsed due to flooding. After the incident, the local public security department has implemented traffic control in this area. After the bridge was destroyed, the local government organized the construction unit to carry out construction. After 6 months of hard work, the main project of the bridge and beam was completed on May 31, 2019. National Highway 213 is an important node in Maoxian. The bridge opens to traffic at this place to attract much attention.
It is understood that the newly built Zhongchang No. 1 middle bridge is a steel aliased beam bridge. Since the bridge beam is still in the maintenance period, only small vehicles and passenger vehicles will be allowed to pass through before June 25.
