The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. From May 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022, trucks and tractors with a load mass of more than 1,000 kilograms (inclusive) and low Special operation vehicles such as fast-load trucks, three-wheeled vehicles, tractors, trailers, cranes, wheeled bicycles and other special operation vehicles are not allowed to enter the roads within the enclosed area of ​​Chuanjin Road (excluding), Fengyuan Road (excluding), Longquan Road (excluding), Jinse Avenue (inclusive), and Beichen Avenue (inclusive).

2. Restricted vehicles that are required to enter the above-mentioned restricted roads or areas to engage in basic urban production and living security shall go through relevant procedures in accordance with Article 18 of the "Kunming Urban Road Vehicle Passing Regulations".
