Investment immigration refers to the act of investors who have certain assets and meet some other restrictive conditions to invest funds in investment funds or suitable commercial projects approved by the target government. It is also an important way for Chinese immigration. Simply put, if the money is in place, you can change your identity in another country, which is similar to buying a household registration. Usually, there is not high demand for immigration applicants. As long as the money is in place, most countries also allow the country to occupy a certain period of investment, rather than simply taking it into the pocket.
AP investigated the investment immigration phenomenon in China, collected data from 13 countries that can spend money to purchase citizenship (passports) or permanent residence (green card), and summarized the top five immigration projects approved by Chinese people in the past decade.
The Associated Press summarized the five major immigration projects approved by Chinese people in the past decade are:
first place, the US EB-5 investment immigration project, and 43,448 Chinese people were approved;
Secondly, Canada's bond investment immigration program, including the investment immigration program of Quebec , has been approved by 35,278 Chinese people.
third place, Portugal's " Golden Visa " investment immigration project was approved by 7,875 Chinese;
fourth place, Hungary's "Residence Bond Program" project was approved by 6,405 Chinese, and was recently stopped by the Hungarian government;
