Taiwan media pointed out that with the weak demand in the consumer market and customers actively adjusting inventory, the world's advanced capacity utilization rate declined significantly in the third quarter, and the simultaneous reduction of IC shipments driven by large and small sizes, which is the main reason for the decline in performance.
