In addition, World Advanced's third-quarter revenue was NT$13.328 billion (about RMB 2.999 billion), slightly better than the expected NT$12.9-13.3 billion, and decreased by 12.89% month-on-month .
IT Home learned that in the first three quarters of this year, the world's advanced cumulative revenue was NT$42.121 billion (about NT$9.477 billion), and increased by 34.94% year-on-year.
Taiwan media pointed out that with the weak demand in the consumer market and customers actively adjusting inventory, the world's advanced capacity utilization rate declined significantly in the third quarter, and the simultaneous reduction of IC shipments driven by large and small sizes, which is the main reason for the decline in performance.
Looking ahead, the world advanced previously expected that customers will continue to adjust their inventory in the fourth quarter, and cannot be ruled out that it may continue to in the first half of next year.
