On June 26, the three major projects of Humen Town officially started, becoming a new engine of economic growth in the development era of Daning Community . Daning Ecological Smart Industrial Park
Daning Ecological Smart Industrial Park is located in the southeast of Humen Town, adjacent to Provincial Highway 358 in the east, and Jinning Road, the main road of the city in the north. It is about 2.6 kilometers away from the entrance and exit of Humen Expressway. It covers Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan by 1 hour drive. It has a superior transportation location and belongs to the Guangdong Technology Innovation Corridor coverage belt, which can handle a large number of spillover enterprises in Shenzhen. The industrial park has a land area of about 30.44 hectares, and the project is implemented in four phases. Among them, the first phase of the Daning Ecological Smart Industrial Park covers an area of 51,384.7 square meters, with a total construction area of about 221,605 square meters (including more than 60,000 square meters of underground parking lots). It is planned to build three factory buildings, one office building and three supporting dormitories, with a total investment of 823 million yuan. After the project is completed, it is expected to increase revenue by 30-35 million yuan per year.
Currently, the infrastructure of the first phase of the project, the north area has been topped off and is expected to be completed in December 2022. The first phase of the South District, which officially started construction, has a land area of 17,480.06 square meters, a total construction area of 126,952.98 square meters, a total construction area of is 289,900.47 square meters, and an excluding construction area of 37,052.51 square meters. It is expected to be completed in December 2024.
Daning Electronic Intelligent Manufacturing Project
Daning Electronic Intelligent Manufacturing Project is located next to Wenming Road in Daning Community. It has a land area of 8326.37 square meters, a total construction area of 34849.6 square meters, and a total construction investment of about 100 million yuan. After the project is completed, it is planned to introduce Weifeng Electronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. to become Weifeng Electronics Headquarters and production base in South China, mainly producing precision electronic connectors and high-end cable components. After the project is completed, it will bring about 10 million yuan in annual income to the community.
Daning Gas Station
Daning Gas Station project is located at the intersection of Changde Road and Qilin West Road. It is a road section with relatively concentrated traffic in the community. The total land area is 6936.59 square meters. After completion, it is expected to bring about an annual income of about 15 million to the collective.
