On December 15, 2020, the Zhongfa Express Freight Equity Incentive Project hosted by the Gudu Equity Lawyer Team was officially launched. Since the Gudu Equity Lawyer Team of Beijing Yingke (Shenzhen) Law Firm signed a special legal service agreement on equity incentives with Shenzhen Zhongfa Express Freight Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongfa Express Freight"), the Gudu Equity Lawyer Team conducted project investigations, interviews and surveys on Zhongfa Express Freight based on the actual situation of the company, and designed plans for Zhongfa Express Freight based on the 10D equity incentive model and formulated supporting legal documents.
