The following notice is hereby notified about the return to school in the 2022 Fall Semester.
1. Specific time schedule for returning to school
1. Students return to school in accordance with the principle of "first the senior grade first, then the lower grade first, and then the new students". All students will return to school in batches on September 19 and 20, 2022; 2022 freshmen will arrive in batches on September 22 and 23, 2022. All students must return to school in batches strictly in accordance with the requirements of the college notice. No return to school shall be postponed in advance or postponed without the consent of the college; in order to ensure that students return to school normally, from September 19 to 23, 2022, online teaching will be temporarily suspended during the return to school, and online education and teaching will resume on September 26.
2. Off-campus interns students strictly obey the epidemic prevention and control requirements of their units and their territories and do their own prevention and control. They are not allowed to return to school without the consent of the college during the internship.

3. Strengthen risk inspection and health monitoring of teachers, students and employees returning to school. All teachers, students and employees must report to the college or community and college where they live three days in advance, and implement centralized isolation, home isolation, temporary observation, and "3+2" measures according to the risk level. Teachers, students and staff with a history of traveling in high, medium and low-risk areas should actively report to their communities and colleges and strictly implement local prevention and control measures; for teachers, students and staff with a history of traveling in counties (cities, districts, banners) where the epidemic is located within the past 7 days and cross-city (prefectures) will complete the "3-day 2-test" nucleic acid test (with an interval of more than 24 hours).

Teachers, students and staff strictly monitor health according to requirements and report daily 7 days before returning to school. 14 days before returning to school, no contact with confirmed or suspected new coronary pneumonia patients, no experience in traveling in key areas of epidemic prevention and control, no close contact with people returning home in key areas of epidemic prevention and control, no history of traveling abroad or having no contact with people abroad 14 days before returning to school, so that you can safely return to school by ensuring your health.
5. Teachers, students and staff in medium and high-risk areas are temporarily suspended from returning to school. I am still in a high (medium) risk area, still in centralized isolation or home isolation period, have symptoms such as fever (body temperature exceeds 37.3℃), cough, vomiting, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhea, etc.; if the student himself or the co-resident health code , the trip code is non-green code, he will not return to school for the time being, and if the temporary static management area is implemented, he will not return to school for the time being.
6. All teachers, students and staff should carry out "floor inspection" and "floor inspection". Complete the "3-day 2-test" nucleic acid test before returning to school (with an interval of more than 24 hours). 7. 3. Strict prevention and control on the way back to school

In principle, parents are not recommended to accompany students when returning to school. 4. Strictly enclosed campus management

During the closed management period, the student management task force and the teaching management task force will coordinate the arrangements for freshmen's enrollment education and teaching arrangements, and carry out online education and teaching activities with high quality. The college will steadily transfer to closed-loop management and normalized management according to changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation and local policies, and carry out offline education and teaching in an orderly manner.
13. Due to the delay in the return time of students this semester, the weekends and some holidays of this semester will no longer be arranged for holidays. The teaching arrangements are strictly in accordance with the "end week" time node of the "School Calendar of Lanzhou Vocational and Technical College 2022-2023 Academic Year (First Semester)" to ensure normal winter vacation, and specific teaching adjustments will be notified separately.
14. During the campus closure period, students will not be dine-in for the time being when dining in the canteen. Students need to prepare basic protective supplies and daily necessities during the period of the closed period, including masks, thermometers, tableware, study utensils, study materials, common medicines, etc. During the period of closed management, online shopping will be reduced in principle and takeout will be suspended.
15. Students adhere to the requirement of "everyone must be checked and all people must be tested". The first week after entering the school, the "7-day 5 tests" (1st, 2, 3, 5, 7) nucleic acid tests are implemented. From the second week, faculty and staff undergo nucleic acid tests twice a week; employees in the college canteen, logistics, and procurement key places undergo nucleic acid tests to "3-day 2 tests" nucleic acid tests; students undergo nucleic acid tests of more than 20% every day, and the daily tests cover every class or every dormitory to the maximum extent, ensuring full coverage every week.
5. Strict duty management work
