Longzhuang Village is located in the north of Pingding County. The total area of the village is about 9.8 square kilometers and the arable land area is 1,845 mu. In recent years, Longzhuang Village has taken advantage of the fact that most of the land in the village is sandy and rich in selenium, and has taken advantage of the opportunity of Fengxing Sweet Potato Planting Professional Cooperative in Bangou Village to drive development and actively guide villagers to plant sweet potatoes. This year, the village planted 400 mu of sweet potatoes, with an output of 1,500 kilograms per mu, effectively increasing the income of villagers. The village also actively encourages villagers to start their own businesses. Villager Tao Shangmin founded a pig farm with slaughtered 3,000 fattening pigs per year, and villager Liu Naiyu built a quail farm.
While stabilizing agricultural development, the "two committees" of Longzhuang Village Branch actively introduced projects suitable for local development. "The village has used barren mountains and slopes to introduce and build a photovoltaic power generation project with a total installed capacity of 50 megawatts. Yangquan Shengshi Horticultural Co., Ltd. transfers the village land to carry out seedling cultivation. Yangquan Jinyulong Ceramic Sand Co., Ltd. eliminates backward production capacity and builds two modern energy-saving and environmentally friendly production lines, entering the testing stage, and basically meets the production conditions." Liu Yun, director of the Longzhuang Village Committee, introduced, "These enterprises provide more than 200 jobs for the village, with an average monthly income of more than 2,000 yuan."

The smelly dry toilet has been converted into a sanitary toilet, and the manure suction truck regularly cleans up the manure. People clean the garbage every day, and the streets are cleaned up." said villager Yin Huiqin. Since last year, Longzhuang Village has actively promoted the toilet revolution and transformed dry toilets into harmless sanitary toilets. More than 300 dry toilets in the village have been renovated for more than 100, and all of them are planned to be renovated by the end of this year. The village also actively explored the establishment of a long-term mechanism for rural toilet renovation and maintenance, to provide villagers with services such as toilet equipment maintenance, fault repair, and feces collection and transportation, and to build a new feces pollution-free treatment site for the third-grade feces. The village has concentrated on building garbage pools, placed garbage cans on the main streets, and formed an environmental sanitation cleaning team to clean up the streets in the jurisdiction every day. "The environment in the village has improved, and we cannot fall behind. Every morning, we will clean up our yard and the streets and alleys in front of the yard." said villager Liu Shuyun.

In recent years, Longzhuang Village has invested in subsidizing medical insurance for villagers, providing elderly subsidies, and distributing daily necessities to villagers during the Spring Festival, temple fairs and Double Ninth Festival.
