Professor Li Hua is a top expert who is almost well-known in the wine industry. He graduated from the School of Wine at the Second University of Bordeaux, France in 1985 with a doctorate degree. The 14 high-quality wine varieties he developed have won domestic and foreign awards many times and enjoyed a high reputation in the industry.
Every year, Professor Li Hua carefully cultivated new grape varieties - Carnival, Meili, Egli , began to be harvested. The wines made from them began to be launched in October. They are the earliest grape wine in the northern hemisphere, one and a half months earlier than the new Beaujolais wine.
