This young man who went on a hunger strike to protest was named Huang Shixiu, who is the leader of the "livery to raise green" voting. The purpose of the hunger strike was very simple. He wanted to hand over the letter of signature "to raise green with nuclear power" to the Taiwan authorities' election agency, but the election agency refused to accept the documents. First, why doesn’t the election agency accept Huang Shixiu’s letter of signature? The reason given is that they have submitted some of the signed letters before, so they cannot submit them again.
