After repeated consideration, Liu Jingfei still decided to communicate with him alone. After more than three hours of conversation, Liu Jingfei found that the parties did not understand the law very well, and the administrative authorities also lacked the policy handling of the parties' land in the history. Therefore, in the subsequent implementation process, Liu Jingfei actively coordinated with the administrative authorities to properly safeguard the parties' due interests in policy handling. Being surrounded by the parties involved, intimidated and threatened by language, pointed at with sharp weapons... Liu Jingfei can't remember how many times she has experienced such thrilling scenes, but she can escape danger every time and complete the execution of tasks again and again.

The work of grassroots courts requires continuous innovation. In order to break the predicament, Liu Jingfei mobilized party organizations at all levels in the city to work together to find solutions, and personally went to the main leaders of various counties and cities and the United Front Work Department to report and communicate on the construction of the Democratic League Party Members' Home, and requested assistance and support from the coordination departments for the site selection of the Party Members' Home. In addition, Liu Jingfei has led the team members to the site for research many times, and often interacted with the party members who worked overtime to build online late at night to discuss pattern design, functional distribution, etc.
Especially on the location selection of the party members' homes of the Yiwu Grassroots Committee of the Democratic League, in order to find suitable places in all aspects, Liu Jingfei took advantage of holidays to join Yiwu Democratic League members to visit all the places suitable for building homes in Yiwu. After about a year of hard work, Jinhua finally built four homes of the Democratic League members. In team building, Liu Jingfei insisted on high-quality organizational development work, and jointly explored and established a system of party member development and growth with colleagues in the agency. Liu Jingfei worked overtime to issue initiatives, contact and coordinate, donate money and materials, visit party members and related hospitals, organize special teams to participate in politics and discuss politics, and organize party members to carry out social services under the epidemic.
For more than four years of working in the provincial committee, Liu Jingfei has always been indifferent to work and has not even had time to go for routine physical examinations every year. At a meeting at the end of 2020, a comrade quietly reminded: "Chairman Liu, you seem to have lost a lot of weight recently. Should you go to the hospital for a check-up?" She realized that she had not had a physical examination for four or five years.
At the preparatory meeting of the 4th Moganshan Conference, Liu Jingfei received a call from the hospital. The other party informed that the examination results were not ideal. On New Year's Day 2021, Liu Jingfei underwent surgery. The cadres and party members of the agency who learned about this were very worried and expressed that they hoped Chairman Liu could take this opportunity to take good care of his health. But to everyone's surprise, Liu Jingfei returned to his job in just 19 days after the operation and continued to fight with everyone on the front line of work.
In order not to affect normal work, Liu Jingfei arranged the subsequent series of treatments on weekends, went to the hospital on weekends, and went to work normally on Mondays. When the side effects of chemotherapy were the most severe, Liu Jingfei's feet were swollen, his nails were falling off, and he had difficulty walking, but she still arranged for her work and never took a day off because of this.
