"Keyuan" covers an area of more than 200 square meters (1 square meter is about 3.3 square meters), and the garden accounts for almost half. Walking into "Keyuan", the Jiangnan style formed by pavilions, small bridges and flowing water makes people immediately forget the noise outside the wall.
Cadastral information shows that Qiong Yao bought this land in 1980 and built the "Keyuan". According to reports, since Qiong Yao doesn't like to go out, her husband Ping Xintao set up "Keyuan" into a warm home and an office.
