Since 2013, it has adjusted and optimized the provincial government's centralized procurement catalog for many years, compressing the scope of centralized procurement items, increasing the government procurement limit standards and public bidding amount standards, and relaxing the scope of self-purchase. At present, the procurement limit and public bidding amount standards are the highest in the country. The centralized procurement catalogue has been streamlined from more than 820 items in 2016 to 150 items in 2018, which not only effectively alleviates the pressure on centralized procurement, improves budget execution efficiency, but also facilitates budget units to implement procurement.
