Former Taiwan regional leader Ma Ying-jeou also said a few days ago that once the war between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait begins, "the first battle is the end of the battle", which means that the first wave of attacks by the People's Liberation Army will decisively defeat Taiwan military , and will not leave the Taiwan military waiting for the US military to rush to aid, and more importantly, the US military will not really come to rush to aid. The two senior officials' statements should be based on evidence. This is because they have learned about the earth-shaking changes brought to the war form by the new military revolution in the past 10 years. They understand that a few countries such as China and the United States have used the new technological means brought by the scientific and technological revolution , such as high-speed mobile Internet, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, increasingly miniaturized chips, diverse sensors, etc., which have elevated their weapons and equipment to an extremely advanced level. Those countries and regions that did not join this military technological revolution in time have the power of the force of the former, like bows and arrows against cannons.
Although Taiwan is the world's leading chip manufacturing, its military and equipment are basically at the level before the 1990s, so Ma Ying-jeou and other talents who are well aware of the inside story warn the Taiwan authorities.
The war in the 21st century is not only fought in sea, land, air, and underwater, but also a duel in many fields such as outer space, cyberspace, and electromagnetic space. Whoever grasps the advantages of space and electromagnetic space hegemony will be sure to win.
So, it can be speculated that once the war between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait begins, the PLA will first block the connection between the Taiwan military and outer space, especially with the communication satellite and the GPS positioning system . Mainland China has developed anti-satellite ground devices, GPS jamming devices and other weapons, which can effectively cause the Taiwan military's air defense, ground and sea attack weapons, including the missile launch system that rely on GPS navigation to fail.
After effectively removing the threat of long-range missiles such as "Sky Bow 3" that the Taiwan Army relies on GPS navigation, the PLA will use stealth fighter (such as J-20) to break through the enemy's defense line, launch precisely guided bombs , anti-radiation missile , etc., to clear the Taiwan Army's radar station to prevent its ability to use radar to sense the position of the PLA fighter jets and guide air defense missile attacks. At the same time, the People's Liberation Army's "Changjian"-10 cruise missiles and ultra-long-range rocket launchers will also target the military airport and fighter jets on the ground of Taiwan, as well as important network nodes, and launch devastating attacks.
After destroying the enemy command post and air defense systems, a large number of PLA war opportunities flew over Taiwan Island, paralyzing the Taiwan military's network with electromagnetic bombs and various new electromagnetic shielding weapons. Remaining weapons such as Taiwan military tanks and artillery that have lost their network and air defense capabilities will be removed one by one.
Immediately afterwards, the PLA amphibious landing ship will implement beachhead landing, and the Z-20 transport helicopter under the escort of of the Z-10 armed helicopter landed with full loads of assault troops, seizing various strategic areas on the island.
PLA will also use low-orbit communication satellites, reconnaissance and communication drones with multiple situational awareness capabilities to build a Taiwan theater local area network and a digital virtual battlefield. The location and situation of our army and the enemy are clearly marked. The PLA's drones and armed helicopters aim at fire and clear them one by one like playing electronic games.
In the face of the powerful and systematic Chinese mainland army with multi-domain (air, surface, underwater, space, electromagnetic space and cyberspace) suppression capabilities, the anti-hidden aircraft radar, Patriot 3 air defense missiles, Apache helicopters, Javelin anti-tank missiles, and even submarine digital combat systems purchased by the Taiwan army will not have any effect.
With the PLA's existing military strength and weapon scale, it should be able to control the overall situation in Taiwan within 24 hours. Even before the US military can complete the assessment and countermeasures of the Taiwan situation, the PLA's strategy of attacking Taiwan is about to end.
