Chen Shihua, who was the instructor of the Yongquan District of the Communist Party of China, led a military work team to the countryside to suppress bandits, visited the poor and inquire about the suffering, mobilized the masses, organized militia to establish a base village for bandit suppression, and repelled the attacks of bandits several times.

On May 17, 1950, after the liberation of Zhoushan , more than 400 pirates fled to Tongzhishan District (formerly Lantian Township), colluded with local bandit leaders, and surrounded 9 advanced anti-bandit villages in Xilu Township. The revolutionary regime of the Communist Party was seriously threatened.

On June 28, more than 300 villagers from Xilu Township rushed to the top of the mountain under the unified command of the county brigade, smashed the bandits' nests, and transported the bodies of the martyrs back.
At the strong request of the local people, the leaders of the party, government and military departments agreed to bury Chen Shihua's body under a camphor tree at the entrance of the local village, build a tomb and carve a monument as a permanent revolutionary commemoration.
00 times passed, and due to the construction of Niutoushan Reservoir, the original tombstone of Chen Shihua no longer exists. Therefore, searching for Chen Shihua's tomb and his family became a major concern for Lu Xiuquan. He repeatedly instructed his son Lu Jishun to realize his wish.

"Short after the war, the old man and his friends came to Yongquan to pick up his second grandfather home. Last year, due to the impact of the epidemic, Chen Decai and his family were unable to come to Linhai. This year, as the epidemic eased, this "reunion" was finally realized. On the morning of April 1, Chen Decai took his younger brothers Chen Defu and Chen Deqing, and his 22-year-old son and nephew, and embarked on the road to find relatives.
The first time he came, he brought a few bottles of white wine to "taste" the taste of his hometown for his second uncle.
