1. Sampling time
2022 1 October 8 (Saturday) from 7:00 to 11:00 AM 7. Each sampling point ends sampling on time at 11:00. Those who fail to sample after the deadline can go to the nearby medical institution to take samples at their own expense.
2. Sampling objects
Hanbin District Laocheng Street, Jianmin Street , Xincheng Street , Jiangbei Street and Guanmiao Town , Jihe Town Central urban area (see the villages and communities listed in the attachment for details) permanent residents and mobile personnel will participate in nucleic acid testing.
3. Point settings
5 114 sampling points (see attachment), and each street and town government arranges the sampling point setting, personnel organization, and order maintenance. According to the requirements of the street and town government, the test objects will go to designated locations in an orderly manner to avoid gatherings of people.
4. Precautions
1. All personnel must cooperate with nucleic acid testing to ensure that all people should be tested and no one is missed. After the sampling is completed, the sticker "Han Diao Er Yellow Face Book - Yuchi Baolin" will be distributed on site for all party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, communities (villages), and communities in the jurisdiction to check whether the personnel of this unit, community (villages), and community have completed nucleic acid sampling within the specified time.
2. The detection object must bring a mobile phone and prepare the Shaanxi Yicode Pass electronic identification code in advance; elderly people, students, etc. without smartphones must register the Shaanxi Yicode Pass on their behalf by their family in advance, generate the QR code and print it and carry it.
3. All test objects must obey the on-site management of the staff, wear masks throughout the process, keep one-meter line, do not crowd or crowd, and participate in nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner.
4. If an emergency occurs during the nucleic acid testing period, the person in charge of the sampling site will quickly deal with it and report it to the medical treatment team of the District Epidemic Prevention and Control Command Office (Tel: 0915-3218306).

When taking the above-mentioned public transportation and entering the above-mentioned places, citizens should actively cooperate with the inspection.
8. The main person in charge of government agencies, enterprises, institutions and industry departments at all levels in the central urban area is the direct person in charge of nucleic acid testing of cadres and employees of the unit and industry.
