On the basis of continuing to implement management measures for people with travel history in medium and high-risk areas, the inspection and control of people coming from other provinces (returned)Chengdu was carried out at the following levels.
1. For those who have travel history in the Tibet Autonomous Region within the past 7 days, the relevant requirements are: those who have travel history in the medium and high-risk areas within the past 7 days shall be temporarily suspended; those who have travel history in the low-risk areas within the past 7 days shall have to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours before leaving Tibet; those who have travel history in the past 7 days shall have to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (one time a day). All localities must strictly implement the "first-stop responsibility system". From the day of arrival in Sichuan, the entire process will be transported to centralized isolation points in a closed-loop manner, and 7 days of centralized isolation will be implemented. Nucleic acid testing will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day. The isolation and control can only be lifted after the negative nucleic acid test certificate is issued on the 7th day.
2. For those who have travel history in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region within the past 7 days, the relevant requirements are: those who have travel history in the place (county, city, district) in the past 7 days will be temporarily suspended; those who have travel history in the place (county, city, district) in the past 7 days will have to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (once once a day, within 24 hours before leaving Xinjiang), and a negative nucleic acid test + antigen test certificate for transportation stations (highway checkpoints) from Xinjiang. All localities must strictly implement the "first-stop responsibility system". From the day of arrival in Sichuan, the entire process will be transported to centralized isolation points in a closed-loop manner, and 7 days of centralized isolation will be implemented. Nucleic acid testing will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day. The isolation and control can only be lifted after the negative nucleic acid test certificate is issued on the 7th day.
3. For those who have , Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, , Yushu Prefecture, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, 7 days of centralized quarantine will be implemented from the day of arrival in Sichuan. All localities must strictly implement the "first-stop responsibility system" and transfer it to centralized isolation points when arriving in Sichuan.
4. For those who have traveled to Sichuan in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Ordos City, Chifeng City, , Hulunbuir City, , Gansu Province, and Bijie City, Guizhou Province, 5 days of home isolation will be implemented from the day of arrival in Sichuan (if the conditions for home isolation are not met, or if the same person does not accept the joint implementation of home isolation control, 5 days of centralized isolation will be implemented). If you have not completed 5 days of home quarantine, you will have 5 days of home quarantine (based on the arrival date. If you have arrived for 1 day, you will have 4 days. If you have arrived for 2 days, you will have 3 days, and so on). During home isolation, you do not leave your home and go to collect nucleic acid.
5. For those who have traveled (returned) to Sichuan in Hedong District, Hexi District, Dongli District, , Binhai New District, Wuqing District, Jinghai District, Jinghai District, , Qinghai Province, except Haixi Prefecture and Yushu Prefecture in the past 7 days, they will be subject to 3 days of home isolation from the day they arrive in Sichuan (if they do not meet the conditions for home isolation, or do not accept the joint implementation of home isolation control by the same person, 3 days of centralized isolation will be implemented). During home isolation, you do not leave your home and go to collect nucleic acid.
6. Other people coming to (returning) Sichuan strictly implement the "incoming Sichuan" inspection and implement nucleic acid tests three times in 3 days (24 hours or more intervals each time).
For cross-city (prefecture) mobile personnel in the province,

2. For cross-city (prefecture) mobile personnel with a history of Mianyang City in the past 7 days, they must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours; 3 nucleic acid tests will be carried out for 3 days (24 hours or more) from the date of arrival. After the first negative nucleic acid test certificate is issued, they can travel in an orderly manner, but they must not go to key public places where people gather and space is closed to avoid participating in gathering activities.
3. For municipal (prefecture) personnel in medium and high-risk areas, they must indeed move across cities (prefectures), and they should hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (the time of issuance of the report shall prevail).
Special reminder
From 14:00 on October 3, 2022 to 24:00 on October 3, 2022, those who have arrived at the waiting halls on the second and third floors of Chengdu East Railway Station, , please report to your community or hotel as soon as possible, and you must complete 3-day and 3 nucleic acid tests immediately (each interval is at least 24 hours, and if you have completed 1 or 2 times, you must conduct 2 or 1 re-test). If the nucleic acid test is not completed as required, the yellow code will be assigned again.
If you have a history of traveling abroad within the past 7 days, please conduct nucleic acid tests once a day within 3 days from the date of your arrival in Chengdu to conduct personal health monitoring.
