Li Keqiang said that since the beginning of this year, my country's development has encountered multiple challenges such as the spread of epidemics in many places, severe floods and disasters, rapid rise in commodity prices, and once tight supply of electricity and coal. Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, all aspects have implemented the deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, worked hard on the majority of market entities, and the overall economic recovery has been steadily. The main goals this year can be achieved and employment can complete the full-year tasks ahead of schedule. The current domestic and international situation is still complex and severe, and my country's economy has new downward pressure. We face many challenges to continue to maintain stable operation on a high base. All policies to support coal-fired power enterprises must be implemented in place and ensure stable power supply. Li Keqiang said that we must promote reform and opening up and withstand the pressure of difficulties by stimulating the vitality of market entities. Continue to promote the "deregulation, supervision and service" reform, optimize the business environment, maintain fair competition, treat all types of market entities equally, so that they can show their skills and fully demonstrate their skills, drive more employment and residents' income growth, and promote consumption expansion; while maintaining government investment and promoting key construction, we must use reform methods to mobilize social investment enthusiasm, give full play to the huge domestic market advantages, and release the potential of domestic demand. We must further expand opening up to the outside world, improve import and export support policies, maintain basically stable RMB exchange rate at a reasonable and balanced level, and support the development of new foreign trade formats such as cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouses.
