On March 1, 2014, Zhang Zhifeng founded the Yunxian Shengpeng Farmers Professional Cooperative. On March 1, 2018, Zhang Zhifeng transformed and expanded the factory, established a new agricultural product processing factory, expanded the cold chain storage project, and sold stone millstone mills and processing green and environmentally friendly and healthy agricultural products such as beans and corn. During a mission, Guo Yuansheng unfortunately lost both eyes and was awarded the third-class merit of by by Ministry of Justice. Since 2006, he and his colleagues in the Retired Personnel Work Department have worked wholeheartedly to serve veteran cadres, help veteran cadres solve their life difficulties, and provide policy interpretation and psychological counseling for veteran cadres.
