Liang Ronghao's ideal after graduating from junior high school was to become a chef because "you can learn a variety of delicious food methods and do whatever you want." But his father believed that many relatives at home were chefs, so there was no need to study specifically, so he helped him apply for the jewelry processing major. The honest and well-behaved Liang Ronghao followed his father's advice and entered the Yunfu Secondary Vocational School's jewelry and jade processing and marketing major.
In 2016, Liang Ronghao entered the Shunde Vocational and Technical College joint school - Zheng Jingyi Vocational and Technical School in Shunde District to study in the major of jewelry and jade processing and marketing. After graduating in 2018, he joined a subsidiary of Chow Tai Fook Group to engage in jewelry manufacturing, and his professional skills were rapidly improved. But Liang Ronghao is eager to improve further and to stand on a bigger stage to realize his dream. In 2019, he resigned from the company and applied for the jewelry design and crafts major of Shunde Vocational and Technical College (Shunde District Zheng Jingyi Vocational and Technical School) Design College, starting his university study life.

Jewelry processing operations are complicated and boring and monotonous, and often require "sitting in meditation" and Liang Ronghao also had resistance and hesitation in his heart. But he has loved handmade since he was a child, and polishing a delicate work made him feel very accomplished. When Liang Ronghao gave his first work, a copper ring, to his father, the happy smile on his face strengthened his determination to continue on the road of jewelry processing.
During his time at school, Liang Ronghao studied technology hard and was selected as an apprentice in the jewelry expert studio in Shunde District as an apprentice, focusing on learning jewelry processing technology. In December 2020, he won the National Scholarship and the 7th Chen Zhi Scholarship Special Award - this is the highest reward given to students by Shunde Vocational and Technical College.

During the training, he showed his determination to grit his teeth and fight to the end, insisting on training in the studio for more than 10 hours every day, and putting in the effort several times that of other players.

Learning the path of jewelry processing not only requires endurance of loneliness, but also requires the "skin and flesh pain". For example, the operator needs to touch the surface of the material directly with his fingers to feel subtle concave and convex changes, so he usually does not wear gloves. After long-term "naked hands" operation, the tools often file the nails. Liang Ronghao's left thumb nails have been severely deformed and have been ground to a point of half. "This is very common in our industry. I occasionally do a manicure and thicken the nails of my thumb." Constant tempering has given Liang Ronghao a real feeling of the connotation of the craftsman spirit.

On December 10, 2020, the first National Skills Competition opened in Guangzhou. "While cleaning, one of the welding points of the work was suddenly broken by the ultrasonic cleaning machine. I was very nervous at the time and my hands were shaking a little." Should I re-weld? Liang Ronghao thought about it on the spot for more than ten seconds, "If I don't get a good result because of this welding point, I will regret it for the rest of my life." He then calmed down and quickly returned to the station, welded the broken point in 1 minute, and surface treatment in 4 minutes. As the game was approaching the end, Liang Ronghao cleaned his works again. There was no accident at the previous break. He completed the game on time without any danger.
At around 8:50 pm on December 13, 2020, the closing ceremony of the first National Skills Competition was held. When the host loudly announced that it was Guangdong team Liang Ronghao who won the gold medal in jewelry processing, there was a burst of cheers from the court. "It is not easy for Liang Ronghao to win the championship. He loves this craft, is confident, is willing to study hard, and is working tirelessly towards the direction of craftsmen." Liang Ronghao's instructor Lu Pingping introduced.
"I finally gained something after working hard and sweat. I took the first step to realize my dream in life and successfully entered the national team." At present, Liang Ronghao is participating in a training camp in Guangzhou, preparing for the upcoming national team selection match, and striving to have the opportunity to enter the arena of the World Skills Competition to win glory for the country.
World Skills Competition is the highest level of world professional skills competition, and is a big stage that focuses on displaying the superb skills of skill elites from various countries.
