Previously, Singapore did not recommend the public to choose Sinovac vaccine as a vaccine additive unless relevant doctors prove that they are not suitable for mRNA vaccine.
However, a few days ago, the Singapore government finally officially announced that it would allow everyone to choose the Sinovac vaccine as an additive from October 11. As soon as the news of

came out, many friends asked Brother Yan for help:
?
[I love asking about the eye brother]
"Where can Singapore get the Sinovac vaccine now? Is it free?"
Eye brother specially verified on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Singapore that the Sinovac vaccine has long been included in the National Vaccination Program, and Singapore citizens, permanent residents and employment permit holders (the pass must be valid for no less than 6 months) can receive all vaccines included in this program for free.

Currently, many clinics have participated in the government's vaccination program. Friends who want to get the Sinovac vaccine can click the link to check the closest Sinovac vaccination clinic: https://www.vaccine.gov.sg/locations/clinic.

However, friends should also pay attention to their vaccination time before and after the vaccine. The Singapore Ministry of Health no longer counts how many shots you have received, but only counts whether you have obtained "basic protection", and the most recent shot was vaccinated within one year.
Compared with other vaccines that are also in the vaccination plan, Sinovac vaccine requires 4 consecutive shots to be considered basic protection (3 primary vaccinations + 1 additional dose). The second shot must not be less than 28 days after the first shot is vaccinated, and the third shot must not be less than 90 days after the second shot is vaccinated. The fourth shot of the additive will be sent by the authorities through text messages to the mobile phone for friends to click to make an appointment.
