Advantech Technology, December 2019 – Advantech launched the new generation of embedded industrial control machine UNO-247.
UNO-247 is equipped with Intel® Celeron J3455 processor, paired with I/O port, VGA and HDMI display interfaces, aiming to provide high-performance computing on a cost-effective basis. To ensure flexible configuration and facilitate deployment in different industries, system I/O includes 4×USB, 2×GigalAN, 4×RS-232 and 2×RS-485 ports.
UNO-247 is a fanless design to prevent dust and foreign objects from intrusion, and the threaded DC jack allows locking to prevent accidental power outage or interruption. UNO-247 provides a reliable edge gateway solution that can be configured according to the application, such as factory automation and environmental monitoring.

UNO-247 optimizes the entire appearance and structural parts. On the basis of ensuring compact space, it ensures high average pre-failure time (MTBF), more reliable signal transmission, and higher impact and vibration resistance. At the same time, in order to reduce the system maintenance time and difficulty, opening the back cover of the machine can facilitate maintenance of all replaceable components of the system.
fanless design is suitable for industrial environments
UNO-247 adopts a fanless design. The protection level of IP40 effectively prevents dust and foreign objects from intruding into it, allowing it to operate in harsh industrial environments. To prevent accidental power disconnection or interruption, the UNO-247 power adapter is equipped with a threaded DC jack that locks the connector in place to ensure a stable power supply.

UNO-247 uses Intel® Celeron J3455 processors, equipped with 4 x USB, 2 x GigaLAN, 4 x RS-232 and 2 x RS-485 ports, as well as 1 x VGA and 1 x HDMI, providing comprehensive I/O. In addition, UNO-247 supports Windows 10 LTSC and Linux operating systems and can be equipped with Advantech ISE PaaS/DeviceOn software solution for remote monitoring and management.
