Among them, Chen Moulin and Liu Moumin, who lived in Hongfuyuan Community, Changping District, developed symptoms of sore throat and fever after returning to Beijing from Ejina Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. However, they still went out to eat and invited many people to play mahjong at their residence. They did not report to their community, did not go to a regular hospital for nucleic acid testing and treatment, and only went to a pharmacy near the community to buy thermometers and drugs. At present, 5 people have been confirmed among the mahjong players. The public security organs have now filed a criminal investigation into Chen Moulin and Liu Moumin.
Another case, from October 17 to 20, 2021, Yang Mou, the person in charge of the "Deshengkang Pharmacy 11 Branch" in the West District of Hongfuyuan, Changping District, and Wang Mouxian, the person in charge of the "Gaoyuan Baikang Pharmacy" in Hongfuyuan Community, did not require the purchaser to scan the code to register and measure the body temperature in accordance with the regulations, and did not register the drug sales information in real name, causing the risk of the spread of the new crown epidemic. At present, the public security organs have filed criminal investigations against Yang and Wang Mouxian respectively.
In addition, on October 22, 2021, during the period when Hongfuyuan Community in Changping District took the epidemic lockdown management measures, Li Mouquan and Zhang Mourong, who lived here, violated the control regulations, climbed over the guardrail of community without authorization, left the Kaifeng control area and went to another place, refusing to implement the epidemic lockdown control and control measures, causing the risk of the spread of the new crown epidemic. At present, the public security organs have filed a criminal investigation into Li Mouquan and Zhang Mourong.
Police remind that according to the "Beijing Public Health Emergency Regulations" and other regulations, domestic and foreign personnel who live, work, live, study, travel and engage in other activities in this city should take self-protection, pay attention to the environment and personal hygiene, and when specific symptoms occur, they should go to the prescribed medical and health institutions for medical treatment in a timely and proactive manner; those with a history of travel in medium and high-risk areas should actively report their health status in accordance with relevant regulations, accept, cooperate with centralized or home observation.
It is also reported that according to the relevant requirements of the capital's strict joint prevention and control coordination mechanism for the management of the entry and control of the joint prevention and control of the capital, there are one or more local new coronavirus infection counties (cities, districts, banners) and people with a history of travel in the county within 14 days, strictly restrict entry (return) to Beijing. There is one or more local new coronavirus infections in other counties, including prefecture-level cities (counties, municipalities, sub-provincial cities) where people are infected with the new coronavirus are located, and they do not enter (return) to Beijing unless necessary; those who really need to enter Beijing must hold the green code " Beijing Health Code " and the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and undergo 14 days of health monitoring after arriving in Beijing.
