and Bo was introduced to her neighbor (my client) 6 years ago, and her family was also preparing to decorate. That's how we met and became friends because of decoration. After
, I came to Shenyang and didn't contact me much. Until July last year, I contacted me again and said that my parents' new house would be decorated. Coincidentally, I also wanted to go to Mudanjiang to do business. In this way, we made an appointment to meet the specific needs. This house was for the parents to live in for the elderly, and buying this house was also a favorite of the scenery and environment of Wangjiang.
I was also attracted by the environment outside the window that day. It was raining outside that day. I looked out the window and listened to the river flowing leisurely. At this moment, I really wanted to forget everything and enjoy the romance and tranquility.

Name
came out of the scene that day (the house inspection that day, but there was no electricity, we climbed upstairs), Bo and her husband drove me to dinner. Although they didn't contact each other much in a few years, they were still very friendly when they met. On the way, Bo said that he had read all my official account these days and felt good. He happened to talk about the name of the work. I said that we can create a name together for this parent house, and I will serialize and update it at that time.
Afterwards, I returned to Shenyang. One day I sent a WeChat message saying that I had thought of the name and called "The Heart Family by the River". It's good, so I decided it----I also wrote a poem for the name:
The green mountains and buildings outside the water,
The fragrant grass and green trees are all clear.
House by the riverside, and
Silver boat travels through the waves.
I hope that every private house case will be named in the future. The homeowner can give full play to his talents and expectations for his new home. Only the home created with the designer will be the most suitable for him.
Requirements sorting
Previously compiled an article "Home Decoration Requirements Details Table" (click to see). Before each design, I will send this to every homeowner friend to help sort it out.
Like the previous case of "Tenfangtians and Earth" customers have compiled a very detailed list of needs based on their family situation (click to see).
Bo and their parents also sorted out their needs. Before the design started, we made an appointment with voice, and through conversation, we sorted out the needs in detail, so that we can better understand customer needs.
Requirements summary:
1. White + blue + light gray , is the favorite main color .
2. Like material has texture, fabric sofa, and white curtains in the living room.
3.Storage Try to hang clothes that you can hang up as much as possible, and there must be a shoe area.
4. Can accept whole house without main light .
Space planning requirements:
1. Like the kitchen is spacious and large, it needs to be open, and like the bar.
2. Both bathrooms are reserved.
3. Usually, the old couple live in the south bedroom, and each room is one for each person. Occasionally, the child and the family of three come back, so basically they don’t stay overnight.
4. Requires a cloakroom.
5. The dishwasher should be installed higher, and do not bend over.
6. The vegetable cutting countertop should also be higher.
7. There should be an area to place seasonings.
8. There should be a shoe changing area and a temporary clothes hanging area at the door.
Dessert:
1. North and south, better ventilation and lighting.
2. There is a Wangjiang space on the north side, which can be used well.
Pain points:
1. The kitchen space is too small and the utilization rate is not high.
2. The upper beam on the left side of the door is not too obvious.
Electrical appliances:
1. Integrated stove (with steaming and baking).
2. Dishwasher.
3. Water dispenser.
4. Gas water heater.
5. Sweeping robot.
6. Cabinet air conditioner.
7. Double-layer washing machine (one large and one small all-in-one).
Each home has a different situation inside because the owners living in it are different.
What kind of life scene will be there in the "Jiangbang Xinjia"? We communicated together for several months, and it is slowly taking shape.
