Yingxiang.com (Reporter Qiu Yanbo Text/Photo) The tendons are one inch long and their lifespan lasts for ten years. A 64-year-old man in Zhengzhou firmly believes in this sentence. Since four or five years ago, he insists on doing some difficult movements every day, stretching fitness. Even young people rarely do it, and this old man is effortless to do it. Because of persistent exercise, the old man said that his illness was gone.

At around 9 a.m. on June 8, a group of people were doing fitness exercises in the square in the fitness square of Changjiang Road, Zhengzhou City, and one of the sixty-year-old aunts attracted even more attention. I saw the aunt lying on the ground and doing 20 standard push-ups in one breath, then took the big head, and then got a one-handed horse. After standing on the horse, I could put a water cup on my feet that was raised above my head without falling off. After this operation, the people around were stunned, and even some young people felt ashamed of themselves.

According to the aunt, her name is Hu Yulin, she is 64 years old this year. She has been practicing like this for four or five years. She is like this every day, and she practices for two hours. Speaking of my fitness journey, Aunt Hu said with deep emotion: "When I was young, I was a physical worker who brought beer to others. Over time, I became sick, with back pain, back pain, arm pain, knee pain, and all over my body. The children took me to the hospital to see it but it didn't work. Later, I tried to exercise while taking the child. I heard that the tendons grew one inch and the life span extended ten years, so I insisted on doing these difficult movements to stretch the fitness every day. After these four or five years of persistent exercise, let alone, I lost my illness!"

Hu Yulin said that his biggest feeling is: everything is fake, only if I have a healthy body is real, it will not burden the family, not cause trouble for my family, and not cause pain for myself.
