Measure your body temperature two weeks before the exam, and do not leave the province without any special circumstances
For students' health monitoring, it is particularly important for the two weeks before the exam. Many provinces stipulate that starting two weeks before the exam, candidates must take temperature measurements every day and try not to leave their provinces.
Shandong: Shandong Provincial Recruitment and Examination Institute issued the "Candidate Instructions", requiring candidates to consciously measure body temperature, record and monitor their health status every day from June 23. At the same time, do not leave Shandong without special circumstances; the Jiangsu Provincial Education Examination Institute also stipulates that candidates should take a temperature measurement every day, and do not leave Jiangsu without special circumstances before the exam.
Anhui: In addition to requiring candidates to "not leave Anhui", the Anhui Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute also proposed that before June 23, candidates should apply for a health code, and do daily temperature measurement, record and monitor their health status, and truthfully fill out the "Health Commitment Letter" for candidates in the 2020 Anhui Provincial General College Entrance Examination.
Sichuan: Sichuan Province requires that in addition to monitoring the daily body temperature and health status of students in school, the health management of "social candidates" and examination room staff should be strengthened. Starting from June 23, the local admissions and examination institutions will be responsible for notifying and urging and reminding the social candidates to log in to the designated website every day and fill in the health information truthfully as required.
Guizhou: According to the "Guizhou Province 2020 National Unified Examination for Epidemic Prevention Work Plan for General Higher Education Enrollment", all candidates in the province are not allowed to leave the province from 14 days before the exam (June 23). Candidates outside the province must return to the county-level administrative area of the place where they apply for the exam 14 days before the exam. Starting from the 14th day before the exam, all candidates will take their temperature and monitor their health status every day.
Henan: Candidates should be informed to take personal protection at schools and registration points, not to go to crowded areas, try not to leave the city area, and do not contact people returning to medium and high-risk areas. Some candidates must undergo nucleic acid testing. Before entering the examination room with a health certificate, which candidates need to undergo a verification test?
Shandong: Shandong Province requires that if candidates have fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃) before the exam or have travel experience abroad or non-low-risk areas within 14 days before the exam, they must go to the designated medical institution in the city where they are taking the exam for nucleic acid test. When entering the venue, the candidates will actively explain the situation to the test site and provide a certificate of nucleic acid test within 7 days before the exam.
Jiangsu: Jiangsu requires that candidates who have experienced traveling abroad or non-low-risk areas within 14 days before the exam should promptly report to the school, education examination institution or local education administrative department and go to local designated medical institutions for nucleic acid testing. Before the exam, candidates should take the initiative to explain the situation to the test site and provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate before the exam.
Henan: Henan Province requires that for candidates who have activity trajectories in overseas or medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days before the exam, and if health monitoring finds that candidates have respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough within 14 days before the exam, the candidates shall notify the candidates to undergo nucleic acid test within 7 days before the exam, receive the admission ticket with the nucleic acid test report, and use the nucleic acid test report (negative) to take the exam room with healthy candidates. If there is no test report, it will be arranged to take the exam in the alternate isolation examination room.
Sichuan: Sichuan Province stipulates that anyone who has had physical abnormalities, has a history of contact with non-low-risk areas abroad or domestic non-low-risk areas within 14 days before the exam, a "effective health certificate" provided by a professional medical institution must be presented when issuing the admission ticket.
Tianjin: Tianjin Education Admissions Examination Institute requires that from June 23 to July 6, if candidates develop fever, fatigue, cough, dyspnea, diarrhea and other symptoms, they must report to the registration unit immediately and go to the designated hospital in the examination area for medical treatment. Candidates who have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 must bring a negative nucleic acid test certificate before they can take the exam at a regular test site.In addition, candidates from medium and high-risk areas or areas whose risks are adjusted to low-risk and whose risks are less than 14 days old should return to Tianjin 14 days before the exam, and shall not leave Tianjin during the period, and shall conduct health monitoring and reporting at home. Candidates who cannot return to Tianjin in advance must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days before arriving in Tianjin. Candidates with a history of traveling in Wuhan must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate.
Jiangxi: According to the Jiangxi Daily, starting from July 1, Xinyu City in the province will organize all candidates to carry out free nucleic acid tests, among which candidates who return to the country from medium and high-risk areas must be tested twice.
Candidates with body temperature above 37.3℃ use "isolated examination room"
On June 24, the National Health Commission's Disease Prevention and Control Bureau issued the "10 Key Measures for the Prevention of Epidemic in the College Entrance Examination in 2020", which stipulates that in principle, one backup isolation examination room will be set up for every 10 ordinary examination rooms (each test site must not be less than 3). When candidates with respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough on the day of the exam, they will use a backup isolation examination room.
This is reflected in the "epidemic prevention guide". Shandong, Jiangsu, Yunnan, Henan, Hebei, Guizhou and other provinces all stipulate that all candidates must undergo temperature measurement before entering the test site. Candidates with body temperature above 37.3℃ need to undergo a retest of body temperature. After re-testing, the body temperature is still higher than 37.3℃. If you can continue to take the exam after professional evaluation and comprehensive analysis, you will be arranged to take the exam in the backup isolation examination room.
Among them, Henan Province stipulates that in principle, there is a backup isolation examination room for every 30 ordinary examination rooms, and there must be no less than 2 test points per test site. The backup isolation examination room should be set up in an independent isolation area, and a special epidemic prevention channel should be set up from the entrance of the examination site. If you need to use an air conditioner, it should be a split air conditioner. At the same time, invigilators and staff with epidemic prevention conditions are equipped.
It is worth noting that the settings of general examination rooms in various places are also quite detailed. For example, Guizhou and Henan Province both stipulate that in low-risk areas, tables and chairs should be placed for 30 people in each session, and the horizontal spacing of candidates' seats is more than 80 cm, and the vertical spacing should be increased as much as possible according to the actual area of the examination room; in medium and high-risk areas, the distance between seats in the examination room should be greater than 100 cm in front, back, left and right; a 1-meter gap line should be drawn at the entrance of the examination room for candidates to maintain intervals when queuing up to enter the venue.
Candidates who enter the isolation examination room for comprehensive analysis and judgment of respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough will be compensated for the time they delayed from the ordinary examination room to the backup isolation examination room (not leaving the examination center) after approval.

Whether to use masks depends on the specific situation
Regarding whether to wear masks, the Ministry of Education previously stipulated that candidates in low-risk areas should wear masks before entering the examination room. According to the "Henan Province 2020 General College Entrance Examination Epidemic Prevention Guidelines", candidates in low-risk areas must wear masks before entering the ordinary examination room. Take off their masks before entering the examination room and place them in the storage place for biological examinations. After entering the venue, they can decide whether to wear masks; if they need to wear them, they can apply to the invigilator for masks to be used. After each examination, they must place masks in the examination room in the seat and must not be taken out of the examination room. Candidates shall not bring their own masks into the examination room.
To ensure the demand for masks, Henan Province stipulates that all localities should equip test staff with masks according to the standard of one per person every half day; prepare masks for candidates with one per student per day, and prepare a certain number of spare masks for each examination room.
How to deal with candidates who have been diagnosed with COVID-19?
Henan: Henan Province stipulates that if candidates are confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia, asymptomatic infections, suspected patients, and close contacts, they must undergo professional evaluations one by one by the health and health departments, disease control institutions and medical institutions. Anhui: Anhui Provincial Education Examinations Institute stipulates that specific candidates must undergo "professional assessment" by health departments, disease control institutions and medical institutions. In addition to "those who have abnormal physical condition and health status monitoring before the exam, or have activity trajectories in overseas or non-low-risk areas within 14 days before the exam", these candidates also include "confirmed confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia, asymptomatic infections, suspected patients, close contacts of confirmed cases, cases that have not been cured for more than 14 days, and patients with fever who cannot rule out possible infection."
Guizhou: Guizhou Province proposes that if candidates are confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia, asymptomatic infections, suspected patients, and close contacts of confirmed cases, they will comprehensively determine whether they can take the exam in isolation or treatment places based on professional evaluation.
Hebei: According to media reports such as Hebei Daily and Bohai Rim News Network, Hebei Province held a video conference on the 2020 provincial unified college admissions examination for general colleges and universities on June 17, which stated that candidates who have been confirmed as confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia by medical institutions are not allowed to take the examination.
Yinchuan: On June 19, Yinchuan City issued the "Yinchuan City 2020 General College Entrance Examination Work Plan", which clearly stated that candidates diagnosed by medical institutions as confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia, suspected cases of new coronavirus pneumonia, and asymptomatic infections are not allowed to take the exam.
