According to legend, Tieguai Li Zu lives in Zhongzhou. During the Tang Dynasty, he avoided chaos and followed his parents to Fujian, and settled in Xiaolihoushan Village, about ten miles east of Jingfeng Mountain. When he was young, he lost his father and only mother and son depended on each other.
In the winter of the year, Tieguai Li got up on time as usual to cook. The food was half-cooked but the firewood was gone. It was raining outside the house and there was no firewood to continue. Seeing that the fire in the stove was about to go out, he inserted his right foot into the stove as a piece of firewood to add fire.
Li's mother couldn't help but exclaim when she saw this scene, but saw that her son slowly retracted his feet as if nothing had happened. It turned out that the actions of Tieguai Li Xiaoshun alarmed the Jade Emperor. The Taishang Laojun, who was riding a green cow when Li Xiaozi burned his feet, was casting spells for him, but his right foot became lame due to the exclamation of Li's mother.
: The Tieguai Li wanted to pursue the immortal and save the world and the people, but was worried about his mother's livelihood, so he told Li's mother that she could go to the stone cave on Jingfeng Mountain to get money to live every day. He placed a mother's money in the cave, which could give birth to a few small money every day, which was enough for his mother's daily living expenses.
Li Tieguai shed tears and bid farewell to his mother, and ascended to the immortals on Jingfeng Mountain. His mother, as her son told her to withdraw money from the mountains every day, counting money in a day, was very effective. Since then, the name "Qianshan" has spread.

"Before Hui'an, there are green mountains first", this sentence is not groundless. Qingshan Palace, located on the southern foot of Qingshan, was built in the early Northern Song Dynasty, earlier than Hui'an County. This ancient temple has a long history of worship is the god of Hui'an - Qingshanwang (Qingshangong) .
According to legend, when Hui'an County was settled in the sixth year of Xingguo in Taiping of the Song Dynasty (981), the Hui'an County Office was in Aotangpu (now the ancient county of Shan'an). The first magistrate Cui thought it was not ideal and wanted to move but couldn't find a suitable place.
One night, the county magistrate dreamed of a military general wearing golden armor and guided him to find a place to establish the county office. According to legend, Song Duanzong Zhao Jing was chased and killed by Yuan soldiers during his ascension (1276), and fled south. The fleet encountered strong winds and waves in the waters of Quanzhou . General Zhang Xu showed his sage to help and was named "King of Ling'an"; in his later years of the Yuan Dynasty, Qingshan Gong once again showed his sage to help Chang Yuchun defeated the Yuan soldiers in Anhui and was given the title of "King of Ling'an" by Taizu of the Ming Dynasty.
Although the legend is a bit mysterious, the local figure, Shen Qingshan Gong, played a link to the friendship between the countryside. In the past, people went out to make a living and needed to help each other in order to develop. Qingshan King was people's belief and feelings for local gods. People raised funds to build temples, burned incense and pray, and welcomed gods. They brought friendships closer together and then developed and strengthened rural organizations.
