Behind the seating area of the music table in Da'an Forest Park, a wind-powered solar street light was recently installed. Two sets of USB charging stands were set up on the power storage box, so that people can charge nearby when they are resting in the park. The Taipei City Parks Office said that in the future, it will consult manufacturers to develop various renewable energy charging stations and promote installation in other parks in Taipei City.

. Huang Liyuan, director of Beicheng Park, said that in view of the earthquake in Tainan this year, the Beicheng Government issued the Beicheng Disaster Prevention Park Progress Plan in April. The park department cooperated to strengthen the lighting and power facilities of the disaster prevention park, implemented the policy of using renewable energy, and considered that the charging service of mobile devices is the future trend. In addition, Da'an Forest Park is a hot spot for rest, so it took the lead in setting up the first scenic complementary street light in Taiwan that provides charging of mobile devices in the music table. Yang Senhao, the chief of the street light section of the park, explained that this LED street light , which can be charged for mobile devices, can effectively improve the energy collection effect. Also consider the power storage efficiency and service and maintenance costs, power is supplied in parallel with mains , and when the power storage is insufficient, it will automatically switch to mains to avoid excessive discharge of the battery and improve the stability of use.

wind-powered solar street lights, usually used as green electricity lighting display, lights are lit for 6 hours a day, which can be used for people to recharge. In the event of a power outage or a major catastrophe, the electricity stored by solar and wind can maintain a reassuring light and continuously provide charging services. The park department said that it is currently conducting a plan to replace LED street lights in Taipei City, which can not only achieve energy saving, carbon reduction and safe lighting goals, but also use renewable energy to provide mobile device charging services. In addition to being full of greenery, the park in the future is also a place for citizens to share green energy.
