The census of more than 2.6 million ancient books has been completed. Each ancient book has an "identity card", and more than 80% of the census registration tasks have been completed. The National Library's "Chinese Ancient Books Resource Library" released 32,000 ancient books, and more than two-thirds of rare ancient books have been read online, driving more than 60,000 ancient books across the country to become digitalized, with a volume equivalent to 8 "Siku Quanshu". Chen Ying, deputy director of the National Library, introduced that the "Exhibition for the Protection and Inheritance of Chinese Traditional Culture Classics" will be officially launched on September 7, bringing together more than 300 precious classics and documents from nearly 40 public and collectors in more than 20 provinces across the country. It is the highest number, scale and grade of domestic and foreign classics exhibitions since the founding of New China.
Audiences will be able to see a batch of important ancient books newly discovered in the census of ancient books in recent years. For example, the newly collected Northern Song-engraved version of "Jingyou Literary Ministry Rhyme" is known as an important discovery of ancient books in recent years; the Sela Monastery of Tibet Autonomous Region is engraved in the eighth year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1410), which is the first Tibetan-engraved version of the Tripitaka, which was awarded by Emperor Yongle. It has been well preserved so far, reflecting the jurisdiction of the central government of the Ming Dynasty over Tibet; some of the texts of the "Qianlong Stone Sutra" have been repeatedly modified by later generations, and there are many different versions of rubbings. The "Qianlong Yuding Stone Sutra" in the Confucius Museum is a rubbing of the early Qianlong year and was awarded to Yansheng Gong in the first month of the first year of Jiaqing (1796), which is of great value.
In addition, there are more than 36,000 Liye Qin Bamboo Shops in the Hunan Provincial Archaeology Institute. It is currently the only Qin Dynasty government archive, filling the vast gap in the history of the Qin Dynasty in " Records of the Grand Historian " and "Book of Han", and changing the face of the academic history of the Qin Dynasty in the Warring States Period .
