Recently, the Commercial Real Estate Working Committee of the All-China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce and Huawei jointly held the "Smart Business Innovation Development Seminar" in Beijing. Nearly 30 mainstream shopping centers and smart technology companies in the industry attended the meeting for exchanges, and the guests held in-depth discussions on hot topics such as successful experience in digitalization of commercial complexes, prominent problems in digitalization of shopping centers, and development trends of digitalization of commercial enterprises.
Chairman of the Commercial Real Estate Working Committee of the All-China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Wang Yongping attended the seminar and gave a keynote speech on new changes and new trends in commercial real estate. He pointed out that in recent years, digital and intelligent innovation and transformation have become a new change in the development of the commercial real estate industry, digital and intelligent technology has become an online and offline business consensus, and has put forward new requirements for the development of smart business. New technologies not only affect consumption behavior, but also deeply affect business models.
There are three major challenges in the transformation of digital innovation: vertical isolation of the park OT system and difficulty in interconnection, the complexity of new technologies has increased exponentially, and the pressure of rapid iteration of massive applications is huge. Li Junpeng, general manager of Huawei China Government, Enterprise Construction Real Estate System Department, shared his response strategy in his keynote speech "Creating Differentiated Value and Enhance Business Soft Power". He proposed that smart business is a collaborative development of business intelligence body, which conducts a complete closed loop of perception, cognition, analysis and decision-making from four levels: intelligent interaction, intelligent connection, intelligent center and intelligent application. Huawei empowers smart business development with ubiquitous connections, omnipotent intelligence, personalized experience and an open, flexible, easy-to-use and secure digital platform to enhance business soft power. Li Rongzhi, Vice President and General Manager of the Information Technology Center of Wanda Group, introduced that Wanda Group has carried out comprehensive discussions on business digitalization in many fields such as commercial operations, asset management, merchant empowerment, and member services. He believes that the digitalization of business is not a single platform discussion, but requires multi-system collaboration to achieve the "top-level design" of overall overall planning.
Longfor Commercial Chief Technology Officer Jin Tao said that Longfor Group's investment in digitalization has gradually increased in recent years, focusing on the perspectives of business improvement within the group and management cost reduction and efficiency improvement. In order to break the information barriers and digital islands in the process of enterprise digitalization construction, Longhu opened up various channel business lines in the early stage for comprehensive consideration, and built the big data center, intelligent hardware IOT center, algorithm center, interactive experience center, and intelligent product center simultaneously. In response to the problems of physical business's scenario space and traffic, Jin Tao proposed that creating online digital twin smart business will be the general trend in the future.
