In 2013, Chen Peipei, who had just graduated from university, was admitted to the village official and served as assistant to the party branch secretary in Heping Village, Qicun Town, Fuping County. In the following five years, she has been working on the front line of the countryside and is becoming more and more familiar with the situation in the village. In July 2018, facing the sacred mission and arduous tasks of poverty alleviation, Chen Peipei took the initiative to shoulder the banner of director of the Qicun Town Poverty Alleviation Office.
At that time, the entire Qicun Town accurately identified 375 registered poor households.
