In order to further standardize the road traffic order in the urban area of Chongzuo City, improve the level of urban traffic civilization, and ensure the safety, smoothness and order of urban road traffic, in accordance with the provisions of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations, it is decided to implement traffic control measures to restrict the passage of tricycle vehicles and low-speed electric vehicles in urban areas, and rectify illegal passenger carrying and illegal modification of tricycle vehicles and low-speed electric vehicles in accordance with the law. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Restricted objects of passage
(I) Three-wheeled motor vehicles (referring to three-wheeled motorcycles, three-wheeled cars, commonly known as agricultural tricycles)
(II) Low-speed electric vehicles (referring to three-wheeled and four-wheeled low-speed electric vehicles, including elderly scooters).
All kinds of professional vehicles engaged in express delivery, sanitation and other work, and motorized wheelchair vehicles for the disabled who have been registered in accordance with the law are not within the restricted scope. Professional vehicles must spray the industry logo and hold valid vehicle certificates; motorized wheelchairs for disabled people registered in accordance with the law are prohibited from being modified and installed with awnings, and special logos for disabled people must be marked, and drivers must hold the "Disabled Person Certificate of the People's Republic of China".
2. Limited pass time
(I) Limited time and travel will be implemented from July 10, 2022.
(II) No access time: 07:00 to 22:00 every day. Passage is allowed in other periods.
III. Restricted traffic areas
(I) Urban roads within the urban direction of the Chongzuo South Toll Station intersection;
(II) Urban roads within the urban direction of the Jiangzhou Road intersection to the urban direction of the city;
(III) Urban roads within the urban direction of the Chongshan Luoyue Road intersection to the urban direction of the city;
(IV) Urban roads within the urban direction of the Chongshan Longxiashan Road intersection to the urban direction of the city;
(V) Urban roads within the urban direction of the Chongshan Fozi Road intersection to the urban direction of the city;
(V) Urban roads within the urban direction of the Chongwen Jinlong Road intersection to the urban direction of the city;
(V) Urban roads within the urban direction of the Chongwen Jinlong Road intersection to the urban direction of the city;
(V) Urban roads within the urban direction of the Chongwen 1
(7) Urban roads within the urban direction of Chongwen ASEAN intersection;
(8) Urban roads within the urban direction of Huancheng Dacun intersection;
(9) Urban roads within the urban direction of Huancheng Sanqiao intersection;
(10) Urban roads within the urban direction of Huancheng Ma'an intersection;
(11) Urban roads within the urban direction of Huancheng Guo Line intersection;
(12) Urban roads within the urban direction of Huancheng Buzhai intersection;
(10) Urban roads within the urban direction of Huancheng 215 Provincial Roads within the urban direction of Huancheng. (See the schematic diagram of the urban traffic control area for details)

IV. Remediation content
(I) Time-limited traffic control control in some sections of the urban area.
(II) Remediate traffic violations of three-wheeled motor vehicles and low-speed electric vehicles carrying people and attracting passengers.
(III) Remediate the behavior of unlicensed three-wheeled motor vehicles, low-speed electric vehicles, and low-speed electric vehicles driving on urban and rural roads that cannot be registered because the vehicle technical standards do not meet the national standards.
(IV) Remediate traffic violations that arbitrarily lengthen and widen or install seats for tricycle and low-speed electric vehicles.
(V) Deal with illegal operations and illegal passenger vehicles in accordance with the law; rectify illegal assembly and sales of three-wheeled motor vehicles and low-speed electric vehicles that are not included in the state-approved production.
(VI) Remediate motor vehicles occupying roads.
5. Rectification and control measures
The public security traffic police, urban and rural comprehensive law enforcement, transportation and other departments shall temporarily detain or confiscate the vehicles in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and impose corresponding penalties according to their illegal circumstances; those who obstruct or obstruct rectification work shall be punished by the public security organs in accordance with the provisions of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations. If a crime is constituted, they shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.
6. Other matters
(I) Please consciously abide by the requirements of this notice, consciously abide by traffic regulations, and pass according to traffic signs.
(II) The majority of cadres, staff, citizens and primary and secondary school students must strictly abide by the provisions of this notice, consciously do not take illegal passenger tricycles and low-speed electric vehicles, do not trade with road-occupying operators, and actively dissuade and report violations of this notice.
(III) All modified three-wheeled motor vehicles and low-speed electric vehicles must be removed and restored to their original state by themselves.
(IV) This notice is explained by the Traffic Police Detachment of Chongzuo Municipal Public Security Bureau, Jiangzhou District Urban and Rural Comprehensive Law Enforcement Management Bureau, and Jiangzhou District Transportation Bureau.
