It is understood that at that time, when the traffic order rectification operation was being carried out on the Xingangcheng Cross on Yanbei Road, the police found an electric vehicle coming from west to east along Yanbei Road. They saw the driver not wearing a helmet and there was still one person sitting in the driver's seat, so they were about to step forward and stop him.

After inquiry, the police learned that the driver of the electric vehicle, which was full of trucks of goods, turned out to be a minor, at the age of 13. Subsequently, the police notified his parents to arrive at the scene. The minor's mother told the police that she asked the child to help deliver the goods because she was too busy. Immediately, the police criticized and educated him on the spot and informed the minors of driving electric vehicles and the consequences of driving an electric vehicle.
Traffic police remind : According to Article 67 of Gansu Provincial Road Traffic Safety Regulations , minors over the age of 12 can drive bicycles, and minors over the age of 16 can drive electric bicycles, but they are not allowed to carry personnel.
