Under his leadership, the cultural center has achieved "leapfrog" development: it is the first to implement a public cultural service network system covering four levels of counties (districts), townships, villages and groups in the province. The on-site meeting of the public cultural service demonstration base in the province was held in Gaoling for four consecutive times.There are more than 100 literary and artistic groups serving the masses, and allocated various facilities and equipment to rural community mass art groups worth more than 3 million yuan.
