It can also be said that it is the code of Xitou Village's village management and the source of strength toward common prosperity.
Walk into Xitou Village, where Baoxi Township Government is located, the first thing that catches your eye is the "Starry Sky Tent" base located in "Bakeshu Park". The base that just opened to the public this year soon became an internet celebrity check-in spot, attracting a large number of tourists to settle in, setting off a new round of Baoxi tourism craze.
From the large number of illegal buildings in those days to the crowds of tourists today, it is hard to find a tent. Whenever I talk about the changes in the village over the years, the villagers in Xitou always start with the construction of the "Bakeshu Park". In 2008, when the village committee proposed to build a theme park at the entrance of the village, it immediately attracted a lot of doubts from the villagers. "What kind of reputation can be created in that place?"
Faced with doubts, Zeng Zhihua and Wu Meifen, then secretary of the party branch, led the village committee team to face the difficulties. In just ten days, all the illegal buildings at the entrance of the village were demolished. What’s more important is that in the next month, the village continued to actively invite villagers to participate in the planning and design, listen carefully to their suggestions and absorb various ideas. Immediately, the enthusiasm of the villagers' master was suddenly aroused.
"After the park started construction, even if there was no salary, the villagers worked very hard. Look, the very distinctive stone wall in the park is made of a group of women in the village, built by stones one by one, and even the placement of each stone was carefully designed after they discussed it themselves." Zeng Zhihua recalled that after the park started construction, the young and old village built stone walls and planted green plants together; when the park was built, the women in the village held brooms and rags to comprehensively clean the park. It can be said that every brick, stone, grass and wood in the "Bakeshu Park" condensed the sweat of the villagers in Xitou Village. This "collective project" also made villagers feel the infinite power burst out of unity for the first time.
In 2010, the villagers of Xitou designed themselves and built a live water-entry village park in the village center. In 2013, the first "International Bamboo Architecture Biennial" project was settled in Xitou Village. The project required 13,000 square meters of land to be requisitioned, which received strong support from the villagers. 16 bamboo buildings quickly rose up... "Together to build a home!" became the consensus of all Xitou villagers.
All people participate, build the whole people, and even protect the fish. The little changes in the village are closely linked to every villager. Turn what development needs to be done into what villagers want to do; turn what village cadres want to do into what villagers want to do, and the cadres and the masses understand and trust each other, and the villagers are united and work together, and the beautiful picture of the stream slowly unfolds.

In addition to the 7 national "golden business cards", Xitou also won 14 provincial "golden business cards" including Zhejiang Province's democratic and legal villages and Zhejiang Province's beautiful rural boutique villages. The villagers' pride arises naturally, and they have greater confidence in creating a happy and beautiful life together.
"Tourists from big cities are envious of our lives and are really proud." Although the "Mo Shang Gu Ren" B&B, although it has not been operating for a long time, it is one of the celebrity B&Bs in Baoxi. In 2017, seeing that his hometown is developing better and better, the brothers Ye Boqing and Ye Mingfeng, who have been working abroad for many years, returned to their hometown to set up this homestay together.In recent years, more and more young people like them have returned to their hometown to start businesses. At present, villagers in Xitou Village have opened 24 homestays, and more than 60 in Quanbaoxi Township. The number of tourists has surged from the original hundreds or thousands to the average annual number of 160,000.
Last year, Xitou Village established the "One Village People" Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and the 2,145 villagers in the village are shareholders of the company. By introducing Lishui Hetian Bangkok Tourism Development Company, the "one village person" has fully launched the "government trustee + village operation + market operation" model. Relying on local red tourism resources, carrying out red study and other activities, in just over three months, the company's operating income has reached more than 350,000 yuan, and is expected to reach about 800,000 yuan this year. As related tourism projects are completed and put into use one after another, the company's operating income is expected to reach 4 million yuan in 2022. The co-owner of
