During the execution process, Rugao Court delivered legal documents such as execution notices and property declaration orders in accordance with the law, but the person subject to execution ignored it. In November 2021, Xie was summoned back to the hospital by the squatting executive officer. Xie was scared during the judicial detention and physical examination, so he begged the executive police to give him another last chance and he was willing to negotiate with Hong to deal with it. In the end, the two parties reached an execution settlement agreement, first the court deducted more than 90,000 yuan frozen during the trial, and the remaining funds were fulfilled in installments.

However, when the executive police officer was preparing to deduct the frozen funds, he found that Xie took advantage of Hong's negligence to renew the seal and transferred all more than 90,000 yuan to his wife Zhang's account, thereby evading execution. After investigation, Zhang's bank account only had more than 50,000 yuan left, and the remaining nearly 40,000 yuan had been squandered. In view of Xie's behavior, the execution police transferred the clues of his suspected refusal to Rugao Municipal Public Security Bureau for investigation.

After the trial stage of the case, the defendant Xie voluntarily confessed his crime truthfully, admitted the alleged criminal facts, and expressed his willingness to accept punishment. Rugao Court pronounced the verdict in court, and the defendant Xie was sentenced to seven months in prison for refusing to execute the judgment or ruling.
