Legal persons are divided into three categories: for-profit legal persons, non-profit legal persons and special legal persons.

1. For-profit legal person

A legal person established for the purpose of obtaining profits and distributing them to shareholders and other investors, is a for-profit legal person. Profit-making legal persons include limited liability companies, joint stock companies and other enterprise laws people, etc. A profit-making legal person is established by registration in accordance with the law.
