At the beginning of this year, the township adhered to the principle of "seeking truth from facts and grasping high-quality poverty alleviation" in accordance with the work requirements of "two top-down", and after discussion and review by villages, it determined that the poverty alleviation task target for 2019 was 213 households and 892 people. The whole township focuses on the "two no worries and three guarantees" planned for poverty alleviation households, and makes poverty alleviation work in depth, solid and detailed. In terms of increasing people's income, we have explored opportunities for working in poor households through multiple channels to help poor households get rid of poverty. Among them, it is reflected in the rational use of various public welfare positions and to promote the increase of family income of poor households. A total of 31 forest ranger positions and 34 village-level public welfare positions have been arranged in the township. In terms of housing security, the target of renovation of dilapidated houses that the whole township needs to tackle in 2019 is 28 households, and all construction has been started. . The housing security of poor households with registered files is an important part of the "two no worries and three guarantees". The remaining amount now belongs to the poorest among poor households. To strive to complete the target tasks within the year, the township party committee and government will take joint efforts to ensure that people and finances should be taken together. It is necessary to help poor households find solutions in construction and increase investment in funds. In terms of safe drinking water projects, 165 household water cabinets are planned to be built in 2019, of which 82 are targeted for poor households, and efforts are made to solve the problems of difficulty in drinking water and safety of the people.

Taking advantage of the county's vigorous implementation of the policy of special industrial poverty alleviation through reward and subsidy, we will vigorously implement industrial poverty alleviation projects. Encourage the masses to produce themselves, concentrate on supporting industries with good efficiency, fast driving and great influence, and promote the development of "one village, one product, one household, one industry" in the three extremely poor villages in the township. The township has developed 685 households and 4,256 mu of mulberry silkworm planting, including 102 registered poor households with 342 mu of walnuts and 11,212.9 mu of walnuts. In May this year, in the industrial development work of the whole township, village cadres, village work teams, and village "two committees" discussed and formulated implementation plans for the development and expansion of village-level collective economy, organized assistance cadres to go to households to carry out special industries with rewards instead of subsidies, comprehensively investigated and understood the breeding situation of poor households, and made public announcements, which will accelerate industrial development in the later stage, provide guidance on entering villages and households, ensure that poor households developing characteristic industries have industries, and lay a solid foundation for increasing the industrial coverage of the entire township.
