Zhang Min stressed that we must race against time to advance the 100-day competition. First, we must keep a close eye on the goals, grasp key tasks such as industry, fixed investment, project construction, service industry, and taxation, focus on tackling and catching up, accurately analyze and judge the composition of various indicators, and refine the work and implement it well. Second, we must keep a close eye on the problems, think about difficulties and problems first, carefully analyze the shortcomings and bottlenecks, consolidate the foundation with the highest ranking, catch up with the lowest ranking, and take effective measures to promote the resolution of problems. Third, we must keep a close eye on responsibilities. The district competition activity leading group should play a leading role in taking the lead and coordinating all parties; the county-level leaders should strengthen overall coordination and scheduling, and the county-level leaders should be clear about it. Zhang Min stressed that we must do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in a normal and long-term manner. First, we must not be paralyzed in our thinking. We will continue to tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control, and continue to focus on prevention and control measures and working mechanisms in a solid and detailed manner. Second, we must not slack off at work. In principle, we must implement measures such as wearing masks, gathering less, washing hands frequently, and ventilation frequently as required, especially in closed places with dense crowds. We must strengthen publicity and persuasion and personnel management, develop the habit of "one-meter line", reduce gatherings of people, and maintain a safe social distance. In terms of prevention and control measures, we will strictly implement the "four early" measures of early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment, and scientifically define the scope of the prevention and control area to the smallest unit in accordance with laws and regulations.
