Heilongjiang Computer Society was established in 1993. The English translation is HeiLongJiang Computer Federation, abbreviated as HLJCF. It is an academic organization composed of scientific and technological workers in the computer field of Heilongjiang Province. The Heilongjiang Computer Society has been in six councils for more than 30 years since its establishment.
