The EMU900 train, known as the "most beautiful range", was about 1:30 pm today. When passing Yingge to Taoyuan section, a glass in the 7th car suddenly shattered and damaged, suspected to be caused by unknown external forces. Taiwan Railway has reported the case and the local police are under investigation.

Railway Department reported that the 1181st section train of the Taiwan Railway was inexplicably shattered when the 1181st section train passed Yingge to the mountain near the Taoyuan section at 1:30 pm on the 18th, a glass in the seventh section was inexplicably shattered, causing panic among passengers on the car. A passenger named Chen from said that he first heard a "thunderous sound" and then the car window broke.

After preliminary investigation by the police on the scene, it was found that the interior of the windows of the 7th train were complete, and the outer window glass was broken and irregular. Scratches were found at the vehicle body below the window. The preliminary analysis was caused by "collision of unknown objects".

In recent years, Taiwan Railway has been in constant accidents.
