When Zhang Jie, a police officer of the accident trial brigade who was on duty that day, became suspicious when he checked the license plate and said to the woman: "Several people have dealt with the violation of this car, and the system has called the police... During the inquiry process, the police also found that the woman's driver's license was close to the date, clearance and 5, and hesitated about the date, location and other detailed information of the illegal record, and was always looking at the mobile phone.
After informing the spot that "selling points" was an illegal act, Zhang Jie asked the woman to show her mobile phone. After checking, I found that there was a man named "Second-hand Car Xiaoshi" on WeChat who sent several illegal messages to the woman.

Yang Chunhao, a police officer of the accident trial brigade of Kingsoft Traffic Police Detachment, introduced that scalper Shi asked the "buyer", that is, the owner who needed to deduct points, for 100 yuan to 130 yuan per cent, and then gave the deducted points to about 50 yuan per cent to earn the difference.
