On March 30th local time, a female college student was shot and died while transporting humanitarian aid supplies.
The university announced the news on its official social media page: On March 30, 2022, when Anastasia Tajirova (Тагірова Анасія) was transporting humanitarian aid to Chernishiv, the car she was riding in was shot at a crossing point before leaving the city, causing the college student to die.
According to the Ukrainian Independent News Agency (UNIAN), Russian troops opened fire on a bus with volunteers near Chernigov, killing 1 person and seriously injuring 4 people.
The official social media of the university wrote, "The university staff expressed condolences and sympathy for Tajirova's family and friends. We firmly believe that the perpetrators will be punished. We will always remember our kind and beautiful girl. The bright and eternal memory in her soul..."
