2. The first dose is made successfully, and the other two or three doses do not require another appointment. You only need to follow the vaccination procedures arranged by the staff of the first dose vaccination site.
3. Those who make a reservation are successful, please hold your valid ID card to get vaccinated at the time of vaccination displayed (if there are special circumstances in epidemic prevention and control, a change notice will be issued on the official account) and location; the appointment quota is only for the use of the person and may not be transferred. Those who have delayed more than three days of vaccination and have not come to the vaccination period as automatically (special circumstances require on-site explanation within three days). . Vaccination targets and procedures : The applicable population of quadrivalent HPV vaccine is 9-45 years old. It is recommended to take one dose in 0, 2 and 6 respectively, totaling 3 doses (the first dose and the second dose are at least 1 month interval, the second dose and the third dose are at least 3 months interval, and the 3 doses should be completed within 1 year).
5. Vaccination contraindications : People with allergic to Saccharomyces cerevisiae and vaccine ingredients cannot be vaccinated; people with fever, severe organic diseases, severe allergic constitution and those with immunoglobulin or blood products within three months should not be vaccinated; women during pregnancy and breastfeeding should not be vaccinated; women during pregnancy should not be vaccinated.
