2. Log in to the system
Click the "Register" button on the page, register a Xuexin Network account and log in. If you have an Xuexin.com account, you don’t need to register again and log in directly.
Registered Xuexin.com account must be filled in carefully with your real name and ID card. The military service agency will review the valid information. When registering with , the mobile phone number is the account. Please keep the account and password in mind. After filling in, click "Register Now".

3. Fill in the information
